How does iPM Partners proceed?

In the first stage, we jointly determine the course. Your ambitions are mapped out and we take a good look at your starting point. Customer chains, ownership and expectations are established and we mobilize stakeholders to give substance to the desired course.

We start with one or more customer chains. KPIs are defined, worked out and brought live. Performance is shown in an encouraging way and stimulates the desired behaviour. The meeting structure is made suitable for chain cooperation. The greatest opportunities for performance improvement and meeting customer expectations are identified.

Frequent learning from performance is becoming the standard. We bring all the links in the chain together. What insights can we share and what do we learn from the scores on KPIs? We inspire each other by asking the right questions and identifying the best opportunities for improvement.
