You can choose from the following forms of payment:

  1. iDeal
  2. Credit Card

Regardless of the payment method, the invoice will be sent to you. The invoice will also state the VAT.

The prices of the products shown include VAT. The VAT amount is stated in brackets after the price.

No costs will be charged for downloading e-books. For your administration, an invoice will be included with the delivery of your order, which has already been paid in the case of iDeal and Credit Card.


Order in five steps

  1. Click on the orange button ”ORDER the book winning with the right KPIs” in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select the number of books that you want to order. You do this with the PLUS or MINUS button. Then select the button IN CART.
  3. To order the book Encouragement, click on the book. You go through the same steps as with 2.
  4. When you have finished ordering, click on the button VIEW CART. You will now see the shopping cart screen. Here you can see the ordered books and the quantities. If you have a code for a voucher, fill it in and press the button APPLY VOUCHER.
  5. If the shopping cart is correct, press the button CONTINUE TO PAY. You will now see the checkout screen. Here you fill in your invoice details. This also contains the address to which your order will be sent. If you would like your order to be sent to someone else, then check the box “Ship to another address?” You will then be able to fill in the shipping address.
  6. If the information is correct, press NEXT.
  7. You will now enter the ‘Your order’ screen. Select your bank from the menu. Put a tick in the field ‘I have read the general terms and conditions of the site and agree to them’. Click on the button PLACE ORDER.
  8. Your order has been placed!

You will receive confirmation of your order both on the screen and by e-mail. Your products and the invoice will subsequently be sent to you.

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The prices of the products shown include VAT.

Delivery period

Most orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be dispatched the same day. If a book is unexpectedly out of stock, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipping costs

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

For the Netherlands the shipping costs are FREE. For Belgium, the shipping costs are the same as for a standard parcel.

For orders of downloads, such as e-books, no shipping costs are charged.

If you order a book, it is delivered via PostNL.


Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 and which are in stock will be shipped the same day. 

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Your package will be sent via PostNL. The delivery time normally is 1 day, PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. The invoice with VAT statement will also be included in the parcel. The prices of the books include VAT.

We send small parcels as mailbox post. If an order does not fit through the mailbox, we will send it as a parcel. You can follow the status of your parcel through ‘Your account – Overview. With every order you can follow the link ‘Track parcel’ to the website my parcel from PostNL.

Not at home

If you are not at home when the postman delivers your parcel, you can collect it from the nearest PostNL location. The postman will then put a note in your letterbox with the address of this PostNL location.



The statutory guarantee applies to all items purchased from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item that does not meet these requirements, we will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.


You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without specifying any reasons. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. For the purchase of services, the withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you purchased the service.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to revoke the agreement through an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing, by mail, or email). You can use our withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. You may also use the European model withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your use of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

After revocation, you have 14 days to return the products.

Reasons for returns

Reasons for returning a product:

  • it is damaged;
  • it is a misprint;
  • it does not meet your expectations (the so-called right of withdrawal).


You cannot return in the following cases:

  • digital products; these are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature.
  • the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers, not to business customers.

Please note that when ordering a digital product, in the ordering process, you agree to immediate delivery of this digital product and lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the downloading or streaming of the digital content has begun.

  • the product you are returning
  • the reason for your return (optional), this helps us to improve our service.

Returning the item is done at your own expense using a carrier of your choice. Return shipments are at your own risk. This means that iPM Partners B.V. is not liable for any loss or damage to items returned.


After your withdrawal, your purchase price (including shipping costs) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than in 14 days. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Depending on the reason for returning a product, this may include:

  • sending a replacement copy;
  • crediting the invoice;
  • refunding the invoice amount (including shipping costs) or the price of the product. We will do this as soon as possible, and at the latest within a period of 14 days.

You are only obliged to pay the potential costs for online trainings / seminars until the moment of dissolution.

If you file a complaint at iPM Partners B.V., you will receive an answer within 48 hours. When iPM Partners B.V. cannot answer your complaint within this period, you will receive a message within 14 days with an indication of the period in which you can expect an answer.
